The integrated Behavioral and Mental Health Care services at Family Medical Centers used to be known as the Ironton-Lawrence County Community Action Organization’s Family Guidance Center. The decision was made to merge the departments to better serve our communities with an integrated health care approach to mental health. Today, any patient visiting Family Medical Centers, for any reason, can be seen by a Behavioral Health Care professional during their visit, and begin their journey of better mental health.
